Safari lodge in the Buffalo Springs Game Reserve overlooking the Ewaso Nyiro River in Kenya. Samburu National Reserve is on the other side of the river and Shaba National Reserve nearby.The ecosystem of this area is sustained by the water from Buffalo Springs and Ewaso Nyiro River where there is a narrow band of doum palms, riverine forests and grasslands.
One can view the plentiful wildlife at the waterhole or the river from the room terraces or the restaurant.
Accommodation 70 room, seven villas of 10 rooms each – six on the ground floor and four on the first floor of which two rooms are interconnected. All seven ensuite rooms have a private balcony with fantastic views over the plains. Each room has a ceiling fan and is strictly non smoking zone. A separate designated smoking area is available within the public area
